Mary Conice is presently pursuing full time Ph. D in the Department of Microbiology at Jain University, Bangalore, India. She completed her Bachelor of Science from Mount Carmel College, Bangalore in 2001. She completed Master of Science in Zoology from Kuvempu University, Karnataka. She completed her Master of Philosophy in Microbiology from Jain University in 2011. Currently pursuing her full timePh. D in Jain University. She was awarded with “CONSOLATION PRIZE FOR POSTER PRESENTATION” in Maharani’s College, Bangalore. Also awarded, FIRST PRIZE FOR ORAL PRESENTATION in Siddaganga Institute of Technology, Tumakuru, Karnataka. “BEST POSTER PRESENTATION” in St Joseph College Trichy. RECEIVED “BEST OUTSTANDING RESEARCHER AWARD” FROM HONORABLE CHIEF MINISTER OF PUDUCHERRY IN MARCH 2017 in Puducherry. “BEST PAPER AWARD” by Institute of Engineering Research, Salem. She has published 7 research papers in journals with impact factors. She has presented 14 papers in National and International Conferences. Her area of interest includes PCR, Ion-exchange Chromatography, SDS-PAGE, MALDI-TOF. Her final PhD thesis writing is in process.
