Postdoc at Max Planck Institute for Security

MPI-SP is seeking a postdoctoral researcher at the Max Planck Institute for Security and Privacy in the FINDHR project https://findhr.eu/about-findhr/ , which unites 12 partner organizations (academia, industry, and NGOs) to develop anti-discrimination methods, algorithms, and training for algorithmic hiring.
Our focus within the consortium, in particular, is on fairness monitoring, fairness measurement in compliance with data protection laws, as well as understanding and quantifying biases in people ranking systems through user studies. Interest in research literature from outside of Computer Science and in interdisciplinary collaborations is strongly desired.
