The School of Informatics at the University of Edinburgh is inviting applications for a Research Associate position in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence, focusing on method development for Edge Devices, Scenarios, and Environments.
100% On-campus postdoc position is working with Amos Storkey (Informatics) and Elliot Crowley (Engineering) at the University of Edinburgh in conjunction with the European dAIEdge network.
This would suit anyone with a strong machine learning foundation, which contains a craving to counter the extensive centralization of artificial intelligence capability and create ML capability tuned to embedded, distributed, potentially autonomous, interacting, or potentially low power systems or more diverse, dynamic environments.
The project comes with significant potential for interaction with others across the sizeable European dAIEdge network.
