In this document, ‘we,’ ‘us,’ and ‘our’ refers to Digitref, and ‘you’ refers to you, the user of the Digitref services, which can be an individual and/or person who represents an organization. Users use the Digitref service (Social Media and/or Services) to refer to people and organizations.
The Digitref presents two types of services:
Service 01: Digitref content to share groups and/or post content to Social Media.
Service 02: Digitref maintained, like your technical talks, individual achievements, and academic awards.
This Terms and Conditions document describes the terms under which you use our Services and which are available on the Digitref website. Therefore, this Terms and Conditions document should be read with those terms.
We have the right at any time to change or modify the Terms and Conditions applicable to your use of the Service or any part thereof or to impose new conditions without notice. Digitref reserves the right to upgrade, update, or discontinue any aspect or feature of a Service in whole or in part. We reserve the right not to provide one or more services where necessary facilities, equipment, or services are unavailable for any reason. We make no guarantees as to the continuous availability of the service or any specific feature of the service.
Prohibited Content: Third-party content, already published content, modified similar content, or using AI tools content is strictly prohibited.
